In this video, Zander and Jackie Arthur share the story behind the Kingdom Curriculum and how it was developed and refined inside Gymnastics USA in Winter Garden, Florida, the largest gymnastics facility in the state. With over 2,200 active students and a 50,000-square-foot facility, Gymnastics USA serves families across all levels of the sport, from preschool and recreational programs to competitive teams.

After decades in the gymnastics industry and experimenting with countless tracking methods, paper charts, informal evaluations, and digital systems, they realized what recreational programs truly needed was not more complexity, but clarity. The Kingdom Curriculum was built on the gym floor over five years of real-world use, tested class by class and adjusted alongside coaches and families.

By combining durable Achievement Maps, character-based skill stickers, consistent three-month evaluation cycles, and highly visible Level-Up celebrations, the system creates structure without rigidity. It holds students accountable, keeps coaches aligned, builds confidence in parents, and drives long-term retention. The result has been measurable momentum and sustained growth within Gymnastics USA’s recreational program.

This isn’t theory. It’s a curriculum proven inside one of the most successful gymnastics facilities in Florida, now available to gyms that want the same clarity, consistency, and results.
